SAR Patriot Medal

SAR Patriot Medal

The SAR Patriot Medal is awarded only by a state society. It is the highest award given to a Compatriot at a state or chapter level. This medal is issued to individuals and it can only be received once. It represents long, faithful, and outstanding service at the state or chapter level.
